Class Size Policy: 
We require a minimum of 4 guests to hold workshops as scheduled.  We will contact you if the class needs to be postponed and will issue you a class voucher in the full amount you originally paid.  You will be able to use your class voucher for any future class at HG Workshops in Northfield.  

 

Time allows for only one project per attendee per visit, unless otherwise specified.
 

Refund Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our projects and business, we do not offer refunds.  We understand emergencies happen. If you cannot attend on the class date you registered for, please call 609-445-4844 or email us at info@hgworkshops.com ASAP and we will be happy to transfer your registrations for a future class. 

 

Late Policy:
All guests are expected to arrive at their scheduled reservation ON TIME.  We lock our doors promptly 10-minutes after the start of each class. If guests arrive more than 10 minutes late,  they will forfeit their missed session and will need to pay to re-register.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least
72 hours in advance will be refunded in full or issued a store credit.  Please allow 7-10 business days for a refund to process. 

 

Due to the nature of our store, cancellations made less than 72 hours of a reservation will not be issued a refund or a store credit. This applies to any members of your party that do not show up.  If someone is sick or has COVID a store credit will be given. 

 

If for some reason our management deems it necessary to cancel or reschedule a workshop session due to hazardous weather or some other unforeseen matter, all our registered guests will be notified as early as possible via text message and/or email.  Any workshop session that is cancelled, will be rescheduled for a future date or issued a store credit.
