Project Sharing
Project sharing is not permitted. We appreciate the expertise and supplies our instructors bring to each class. We kindly ask you to join us in compensating them for their time and resources.  Additionally, parents are asked to purchase a ticket if they plan to accompany their child during a workshop.  Exceptions are during Family Craft Time where parental attendance is warmly welcomed without the need for an additional ticket. 
 

Class Size Policy: 
We require a minimum of 4 guests to hold workshops as scheduled.  We will contact you if the class needs to be postponed and will issue you a class voucher in the full amount you originally paid.  You will be able to use your class voucher for any future class at HG Workshops in Northfield.  
 

Refund Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our projects and business, we do not offer refunds.   We understand emergencies happen. If you cannot attend on the class date you registered for, please call 609-445-4844 or email us at info@hgworkshops.com  and we will be happy to work with you.
 

Late Policy:
All guests are expected to arrive at their scheduled reservation on time.  If guests arrive more than 15 minutes late,  they may forfeit their missed session.

Cancellations:

If for some reason our management deems it necessary to cancel or reschedule a workshop session due to hazardous weather or some other unforeseen matter, all registered guests will be notified as early as possible via text message and/or email.  Any workshop session that is cancelled, will be rescheduled for a future date or issued a store credit.
